Isabel Hardman is an English journalist and is currently the assistant editor of the Spectator where she covers Westminster and Holyrood . She is also a presenter of BBC Radio 4's The Week in Westminster.
Her career in journalism began as senior reporter on Inside Housing, the trade title covering social housing issues. Soon Isabel became assistant news editor at Politics Home, moving to The Spectator in 2012 where she is Assistant Editor.
In September 2014, GQ magazine named Isabel as one of the 100 most connected women in Britain. She was Journalist of the Year at the Political Studies Association annual awards in 2015.
She has also made many guest appearances on BBC television programmes including Question Time, This Week, The Andrew Marr Show, and Have I Got News for You.
